The refund will be made within 10 working days of receipt of your package.
If you return the entire order, you will also receive the shipping costs back. NB; If your order is less than the amount for free shipping after returning the products, the shipping costs of the return shipment will be deducted from the amount to be refunded and deducted from the refund.

Note: You can also easily create the return label yourself. You do this via the track and trace mail that you received earlier when your package was sent. There is an option button 'returns' available with which you can create the return label yourself.
The personal contribution for the return label for the Netherlands is only €3.95 (normally €6.95). You pay these costs online via Ideal or Credit Card.
